📋 Description

• Own end-to-end recruitment across FD India
• Partner with hiring managers on sourcing and candidate selection
• Manage candidate communication, interviews, offers and pre-joining processes
• Own the candidate experience from offer acceptance through joining
• Maintain ATS records, recruitment reports and hiring metrics
• Conduct talent market mapping and provide hiring insights

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, BBA, BCom, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships
• Proactive, resourceful and comfortable taking ownership of tasks and initiatives
• Ability to handle confidential employee and candidate information with discretion
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
