📋 Description

• Sourcing candidates through internal and external channels.
• Developing and updating job descriptions and specs.
• Preparing recruitment materials and posting jobs to boards.
• Sourcing, headhunting, and recruiting via databases and social media.
• Screening resumes and interviewing to keep candidates moving.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years of recruiter experience, agency or in-house.
• Hands-on with phone interviews, reference checks, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Independent, well-organised, and a self-starter with initiative.
• Flexible in dynamic environments across time zones.
• Experience working with Greenhouse.
