Talent Acquisition Executive

📋 Description

• Source high-quality candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels
• Build and maintain pipelines for healthcare, executive support, operations, marketing, sales, admin
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill roles
• Conduct initial interviews and competency assessments
• Manage candidate pipelines using our ATS and CRM
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Leadership to meet client requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience (agency or internal)
• Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms
• Excellent interview and candidate assessment skills
• Outstanding written and verbal English communication
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
