• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions, ideally within a
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and deliver a positive
• Strong sourcing and talent acquisition skills, with experience managing recruitment processes
• Ability to balance urgent hiring needs with structured, consistent, and thoughtful candidate
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with excellent attention to detail and the
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an approachable and collaborative style.

• Competitive annual base salary: $105,000–$115,000, depending on relevant experience, skills, and
