• Identify opportunities to leverage US talent to strengthen global tech capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 6+ years in recruitment, in-house or at a top firm.
• Proven tech recruiting: Software Eng, AI/ML, Data, Infra, Cybersecurity, Blockchain, Trading Tech.
• Experience hiring in tech/fintech/digital platforms/financial services/crypto.
• Strong understanding of the US tech talent market and ecosystems.
• Executive search, direct sourcing, talent mapping, market intelligence; fluent in English and Mandarin.
