📋 Description

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including role kick-offs, candidate sourcing, interviews
• Partner with leadership and department heads to understand hiring requirements, develop job
• Use creative sourcing techniques and multiple channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' professional experience, technical capabilities
• Build and maintain a strong network of qualified candidates to support current vacancies and future
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies that support diversity hiring objectives and help

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of recruitment experience, ideally within a startup, technology, or data security
• Previous experience recruiting for Sales positions is required.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity or data security is highly preferred.
• Strong sourcing skills across multiple platforms, with demonstrated ability to identify and engage
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, ideally Comeet, as well as LinkedIn Recruiter and
• Good understanding of sales processes and the competencies required for successful sales

🎁 Benefits

• Total compensation range of $100,000–$140,000, potentially including sales incentives, equity, or
