Talent Acquisition & Growth Manager - JT AI Labs (M/F/D)

📋 Description

• Build contributor pipelines, translating project requirements into clear and attractive contributor
• Recruit targeted populations based on language, country, expertise, availability and project
• Develop acquisition and growth initiatives: identify and test relevant acquisition channels
• Build the expert-facing presence of JT AI Labs on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Create clear messages and content that attract experts and encourage them to contribute.
• Develop repeatable approaches to reach specific expert populations across Europe.

🎯 Requirements

• Approximately 3 to 6 years of experience in contributor acquisition, talent acquisition, sourcing
• Experience working in a technology startup, preferably in AI, data, marketplaces, talent platforms
• Hands-on experience sourcing and activating experts, contributors, freelancers, creators or other
• Ability to turn a target profile into a clear job ad, sourcing strategy and acquisition campaign.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn, CRM tools, talent databases, matching platforms and direct outreach.
• Understanding of acquisition funnels and ability to use data to improve conversion, activation and
