📋 Description

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in Canada and internationally.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: postings, screening, interviews, and offers.
• Implement and oversee HR activities, policies, and compliance.
• Act as primary HR contact for employees and managers.
• Oversee performance management and employee development initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 5 years of recruitment experience in creative tech and multimedia industries.
• Experience in international recruitment.
• Minimum 3 years HR generalist experience.
• Strong understanding of recruitment tools, ATS, and social media sourcing.
• Proven ability to recruit specialized talent (developers, engineers, data visualization, creative professionals).
