Talent Acquisition Lead

📋 Description

• Engage directly with international customers to understand hiring requirements, clarify role
• Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from requirement intake and sourcing through screening
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, direct
• Build and maintain structured talent pipelines for recurring, strategic, and high-priority IT
• Create bilingual job postings and candidate communications in English and Japanese as required.
• Conduct structured candidate screening interviews, evaluating technical capabilities, communication

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition, with substantial
• Proven experience working within global staffing, resource augmentation, or similar international
• Demonstrated experience engaging directly with international customers and managing customer-facing
• Strong understanding of IT technologies and the ability to accurately map technical skills and
• Hands-on experience managing Japanese-speaking recruitment mandates and supporting hiring processes
• Business-level Japanese proficiency is mandatory, with JLPT N1 preferred.
