🎯 Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or related.
Minimum 3 years of Talent Acquisition or end-to-end recruitment experience.
Experience recruiting for technical/engineering/lab/industrial/electronics or O&G roles.
Strong sourcing via LinkedIn, portals, networking, referrals, and direct search.
Familiarity with ATS; SmartRecruiters experience is a plus.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building.
