  • Own day-to-day recruiting operations: scheduling, interview coordination, and candidate communication
  • Partner with hiring managers to build role profiles, scorecards, and interview plans
  • Run outbound sourcing campaigns for priority roles across GTM, ops, and product
  • Track hiring progress against headcount targets and report weekly metrics
  • Build and maintain a high-touch candidate experience across all roles and stages
  • Implement onboarding processes for a consistent ramp-up

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in People Ops, Talent Coordination, or Recruiting at fast-paced SaaS
  • Proactive, ownership-oriented with end-to-end process ownership
  • Strong attention to detail managing many moving parts and tight timelines
  • Excellent communication to engage candidates and support hiring managers
  • Familiarity with ATS tools such as Lever or Greenhouse
  • Passion for building scalable systems and processes
