Talent Acquisition Lead (Remote US)

📋 Description

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Partners
• Personally manage full-cycle recruiting for critical and executive-level searches
• Partner with senior leadership on hiring strategy and serve as trusted advisor
• Own the Applicant Tracking System (Ashby) and recruiting operations
• Optimize recruiting workflows, dashboards, and reporting
• Champion candidate experience and employer branding

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in fast-paced, high-growth environment
• 2+ years of people leadership experience managing recruiters or talent acquisition teams
• Experience recruiting for SEO, Paid Media, CRO, Programmatic, Content, Creative, Marketing Ops/Rev
• Demonstrated success recruiting executive, leadership and highly specialized roles
• Proven ability to develop sophisticated sourcing strategies with Boolean searches, networking
• Power user in an ATS and recruitment tools; experience with Ashby and/or Juicebox a plus
