📋 Description

• Own Technology recruiting end-to-end, from search strategy and sourcing through offer and close.
• Partner directly with Technology leaders to define what exceptional looks like and translate
• Build creative sourcing and talent-mapping strategies for senior, specialized, and hard-to-find
• Bring market insight, data, and recruiting judgment to help teams make faster, better hiring
• Protect Figure's talent bar and bring strong judgment to who should become our next colleague.
• Strengthen how we scope roles, assess talent, interview, close candidates, and deliver the

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 5+ years focused on technical talent.
• Broad technical recruiting experience across Software Engineering, AI/ML, Data, IT, Information
• A track record of identifying and closing senior, specialized, and difficult-to-reach talent across
• Exceptional sourcing ability and a history of building strong pipelines proactively, not relying on
• Strong technical fluency and the ability to quickly understand new domains and build credibility
• Exceptional talent judgment and an instinct for the difference between someone who can do the job
