🎯 Requirements

• Exp- 2-5 years in Talent Acquisition, with focus on executive hiring.
• Full-cycle executive recruiting and global sourcing experience.
• Familiarity with assessment centers, psychometric testing, and exec search firms.
• Proficient with sourcing and recruitment marketing tools; HRIS/ATS
• Strong ownership mindset and impact on business strategy.
• MBA in HR preferred.
