Talent Acquisition Manager (12 Month FTC)

📋 Description

• Source and engage top candidates across GTM functions.
• Partner with hiring managers across EMEA on role scope and interviews.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: screening, interviews, feedback, offers.
• Ensure a strong candidate experience while maintaining pace.
• Benchmark compensation with HR and hiring managers.
• Manage roles within Greenhouse ATS, ensuring data accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience recruiting within Ad Tech, Digital Advertising, Media or Ecommerce.
• Demonstrated experience hiring across EMEA markets.
• Strong track record filling high-volume roles across Sales, AM, CS and Marketing.
• Confident stakeholder manager, comfortable partnering with senior leaders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using Greenhouse or a comparable ATS.
