Serve as SME for recruitment tech stack and DE&I strategies.
Deliver high-quality candidate experience throughout onboarding.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent.
SHRM and/or HRCI certification within six months.
5+ years as Senior Recruiter for hard-to-fill roles.
2+ years supervising at a major corporation (5000+ employees).
2+ years creating pipelines via LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed.
Proficiency with HRIS/ATS; strong communication; multi-project management.
