Talent Acquisition Manager

📋 Description

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process for field and functional positions.
• Partner with Operations and Functional leaders to understand workforce needs, develop recruiting
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines for current and future
• Own recruiting workflows and system adoption, maintaining accurate requisitions, candidate
• Track hiring performance, including applicant flow, time to fill, funnel conversion, offer
• Drive applicant volume through proactive sourcing, targeted outreach, referrals, social recruiting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting retail, restaurant, hospitality, or other
• Proven success recruiting both corporate and field types of roles.
• Highly skilled in using Applicant Tracking Systems
• Demonstrated success building talent pipelines through sourcing, hiring events, recruiting
• Strong sourcing skills with experience identifying and engaging passive candidates.
