📋 Description

• Build and execute a company-wide Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with organizational goals
• Translate growth plans into structured hiring roadmaps, quarterly recruitment plans, and clear
• Act as a strategic talent partner to founders, executives, business leaders, and hiring managers.
• Lead recruitment across specialized technology functions, including autonomous systems, robotics
• Support hiring across business functions such as sales, pre-sales, business development, marketing
• Design scalable recruitment frameworks, interview processes, service-level agreements, hiring

🎯 Requirements

• 7–12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven experience scaling recruitment within high-growth product or technology organizations.
• Strong understanding of technical hiring across areas such as AI/ML, robotics, engineering
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement recruitment processes, frameworks, interview
• Strong experience in strategic sourcing and strategic hiring.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing and screening through
