📋 Description

• Design and drive Tenna's recruiting strategies with HR Director.
• Collaborate with leadership to anticipate talent needs and build pipelines.
• Analyze labor market data and internal gaps to tailor sourcing by function and level.
• Own the candidate journey from sourcing to onboarding, reflecting Tenna values.
• Maintain ATS with notes, statuses, and tagging for reporting and compliance.
• Build employer brand through digital campaigns and events with Marketing.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in HR with full-cycle talent acquisition and recruitment operations.
• 5+ years leading talent acquisition initiatives in high-growth environments.
• Proven success hiring across technical, corporate, and high-volume roles.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or iCIMS.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze recruiting funnel data and drive improvements.
• Bachelor's Degree in a business-related major is required.
