Manage full-cycle recruiting for 15-25+ concurrent roles across corporate and ops
Lead a small recruiting team with coaching and performance support
Own sourcing strategy using LinkedIn Recruiter and direct outreach
Partner with hiring managers on role scorecards and interview plans
Refine Greenhouse workflows for high-volume pipelines
Own candidate experience from initial contact to offer

🎯 Requirements

7+ years full-cycle recruiting; 2+ years leading recruiters/coordinators
Startup or high-growth experience; comfortable with ambiguity
Hands-on Greenhouse experience: workflows, questions, scorecards
Strong data fluency; track funnel metrics and data hygiene
Experience with regulated pre-employment requirements (cannabis, etc.)
Cannabis/startup/logistics industry experience a plus
