Talent Acquisition Manager

📋 Description

• Partner with hiring managers to set needs and recruitment strategy.
• Source and engage top talent via job boards, social media, events, and referrals.
• Screen and assess candidates via interviews and competency-based evaluations.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout hiring.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS data.
• Monitor metrics and improve hiring efficiency and quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Admin, or related field.
• Previous experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for high-volume/commercial roles; automotive exp helpful.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.
• Native or fluent Portuguese.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
