Talent Acquisition Manager

📋 Description

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment
• Source, attract, and engage top talent through multiple channels, including job boards, social
• Screen and assess candidates through interviews and competency-based evaluations.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for high-volume or commercial roles is a plus; automotive industry experience
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Native or fluent Portuguese
