📋 Description

• Serve as a Talent Acquisition subject matter expert, partnering with HR and business leaders to
• Build and execute both immediate and long-term talent acquisition strategies that can scale across
• Evaluate and continuously improve recruiting systems, processes, workflows, and emerging
• Partner with HRIS and People Analytics teams to develop meaningful recruiting reports, KPIs
• Collaborate with employment marketing teams to leverage the Employee Value Proposition across
• Analyze talent marketing performance and ROI to help prioritize recruitment spend, targeting

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required
• Direct people leadership experience is required, with the ability to build credibility, influence
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing employment marketing strategies using job boards
• Proven experience managing external recruiting agencies, executive search firms, staffing partners
• Strong experience developing recruiting KPIs, reporting, analytics, and executive dashboards that
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting technologies is required

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary range of $101,914.10–$159,871.32, with compensation potentially varying based on
