📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for B2B roles (Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, B2B Marketing) from
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategies, scorecards, and
• Develop and manage pipelines for mid to senior GTM roles using proactive sourcing and outreach.
• Advise on market insights, compensation guidance, and talent availability.
• Engage candidates with a thoughtful, transparent experience and strong engagement strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years full-cycle recruiting experience, especially for B2B GTM (Sales, Partnerships, Customer
• Proven track record hiring for high-growth, product-led, marketplace, SaaS, or tech orgs.
• Strong grasp of B2B sales structures (enterprise and mid-market).
• Experience sourcing and closing senior leadership talent.
• Ability to influence hiring managers and guide strategic decisions.
• Hands-on with ATS and sourcing tools; familiarity with Greenhouse or similar systems preferred.
