Talent Acquisition Manager - APAC

📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruitment for sales and GTM roles across APAC markets
• Source, screen, and manage pipelines of Mandarin-speaking candidates
• Work with hiring managers to understand needs and debrief candidates
• Conduct first-round interviews to meet hiring targets using various techniques
• Maintain candidate experience and employer branding in the region
• Manage external job postings and recruiting platforms to attract talent

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience focusing on APAC
• Proven track record hiring commercial/sales roles in Fintech
• Native/fluent in Mandarin
• Fluent in English (C1 written and spoken)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to prioritise and multitask in fast-paced environments
