📋 Description

• Partner directly with hiring managers and GTM executives to identify talent needs, sourcing
• Develop creative, headhunting-led strategies to engage passive, top-tier SaaS talent through market
• Screen and assess candidates against values alignment and technical/commercial competencies.
• Deliver a seamless, transparent and high-touch candidate experience from first contact through

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition within a fast-growing environment, including hiring
• Strong headhunting skills and ability to move between volume hiring and retained-search approaches
• Entrepreneurial mindset and enjoy taking on challenges hands-on.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build trusted relationships with
