🎯 Requirements

Minimum 10 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience including team leadership.
Demonstrated success managing recruiting teams.
Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
Strong analytical capabilities and recruiting metrics expertise.
Experience with ATS, CRM and reporting platforms.
Bachelor's degree required.
