🎯 Requirements

Solid experience in talent acquisition, 3+ years in consumer industry.
Experience recruiting across corporate and high-volume frontline/retail roles; in-house preferred.
Hands-on sourcing and recruiting capability; comfortable running searches end-to-end.
Strong understanding of the Japan talent market, channels, and candidate expectations.
Ability to work with senior leaders and frontline teams; strong judgment on speed vs. quality.
Adaptable in fast-moving environments with evolving processes.
