📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators, including supporting hiring
• Own the Talent Acquisition Coordination strategy and roadmap, establishing team objectives and KPIs
• Monitor team performance and capacity, using data and operational insights to identify
• Remain hands-on by personally managing scheduling and coordination for a selected number of
• Evaluate, pilot, and implement AI-powered and automated solutions designed to improve interview
• Manage relationships with relevant technology vendors and support the evaluation, implementation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience, with at least 4 years of relevant
• 7+ years of professional experience within Talent Acquisition or recruiting teams, preferably in a
• At least 2 years of experience managing, leading, or coaching team members, with demonstrated
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
• A strong client-service mindset and a willingness to go above and beyond to support candidates
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude, Copilot, or similar technologies to optimize
