🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years full-cycle technical recruiting; 3+ years leading recruiters.
• BA/BS degree.
• Proven success hiring AI/ML, software, QA, IT, and product.
• Identify passive talent with AI-driven sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to influence hiring managers and deliver great candidate experience.
• Strong people leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
