Talent Acquisition Manager (WFH IC Role)

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for global regions as an individual contributor
• Partner with senior leadership to develop strategic hiring plans
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to meet global headcount targets
• Implement cost-effective sourcing via networks, job boards, referrals, and direct sourcing
• Improve internal processes and reduce reliance on external agencies
• Leverage metrics and market intelligence to optimize hiring decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Approximately 8 years of talent acquisition experience, including 5+ years in Investment Banking
• Experience managing recruitment across APAC, Europe, Australia, and the US
• Strong partner to senior leadership on workforce planning and data-driven recruitment
• End-to-end recruitment across multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, direct
• Ability to scale teams across locations while handling complex priorities
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
