📋 Description

• Redesign our end-to-end recruiting process, focusing on operational rigor, data, automation and an
• Build and document SOPs, SLAs and structured interviewing practices across all functions globally
• Partner with our People Analytics team to build recruiting metrics and reporting designed for
• Partner with our Legal and People teams to ensure hiring practices are compliant across the global
• Own program strategy, structure and execution for all recruiting programs, including our Referral
• Create data driven reporting to measure recruiting capacity and recruiter effectiveness against KPIs

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years proven success in a recruiting or talent acquisition role, with 3+ years in a recruiting
• Administrative experience with a modern ATS, Ashby strongly preferred (Greenhouse, Lever, or
• A track record of building or redesigning recruiting processes and programs, such as referral
• Strong aptitude with AI and automation
• Strong analytical skills, with experience building recruiting dashboards and using data to tell a
• Proven project and change management skills, with the ability to scope work, align stakeholders
