🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, or equivalent.
5+ years in recruitment; 3+ years leading end-to-end process.
Experience sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed.
Multi-market recruiting experience (Canada/US) is a plus.
Fully bilingual in English and French.
Self-starter with collaborative mindset.
