• Lead global recruitment across functions and levels of seniority.
• Design and execute creative sourcing strategies using social media, job boards, internal databases, and Boolean search.
• Own and drive strategic talent pipelining initiatives.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with timely, meaningful feedback.
• Act as a strategic hiring partner translating business objectives into hiring strategies.
• Leverage market intelligence and data analytics to advise on trends and decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of full-cycle, in-house recruiting in fast-paced and complex environments.
• Experience recruiting in Fintech and/or SaaS industries.
• Proven track record hiring senior and specialist Sales and Account Management across global geographies (EMEA, APAC, LAC).
• Proven ability to influence decisions, negotiate effectively, and build trusted partnerships across all levels of the organization and with candidates.
• Strong Boolean search, advanced sourcing techniques and open web sourcing strategies.
• Experience with TA tools, ATS systems and process design.
