🎯 Requirements

7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, GTM/Business in tech startup
Proven ability to influence hiring managers and senior stakeholders
Strong command of recruiting data/analytics to guide decisions
Track record of multi-channel sourcing strategies
High urgency with a track record of delivering in fast-moving environments
Familiarity with Ashby (preferred qualification)
