Talent Acquisition Partner

📋 Description

• Partner with management to recruit for R&D, Infrastructure and Product roles.
• Post roles on career site and manage interview process with hiring managers.
• Administer Greenhouse ATS and ensure candidates are tracked.
• Oversee candidate experience from first impression to final disposition.
• Oversee requisitions: validate job descriptions, budgets and approvals.
• Lead recruiting: ads, screening, and presenting vetted candidates.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business/Communications or related field.
• 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting; agency or in-house preferred.
• Experience with ATS; Greenhouse a plus.
• Knowledge of employment law as it relates to hiring.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Excellent verbal/written communication; energetic and proactive.
