🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in People Ops, Talent Coordination, or Recruiting (fast-paced SaaS)
  • Proactive, ownership-driven; end-to-end process ownership
  • Strong attention to detail with many moving parts and tight timelines
  • Great communication; candidates feel cared for and managers supported
  • Familiarity with Lever, Greenhouse, or other ATS
  • Passion for scalable systems; GTM/technical experience is a plus
