• Lead end-to-end recruitment for commercial and corporate roles across Europe.

• Monitor market trends and compensation benchmarks; adapt sourcing strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in talent acquisition, end-to-end recruitment across Europe/CEE.
• Fluent Polish and proficient English (min C1).
• Proficient in Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS tools.
• Strong knowledge of direct search methods and best practices.
• Experience managing recruitment across Europe; aware of regional nuances.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders.
