🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience with ATS; BambooHR experience is a plus.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze metrics.
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills; can apply AI in recruiting.
• Ability to partner with executives and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in high-growth or startup environments preferred.
