📋 Description

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake and talent strategy through sourcing, screening
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to translate workforce needs into compelling

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a
• Proven experience recruiting for corporate functions, particularly Human Resources and Finance
• Experience in Occupational Health, healthcare, or a related environment strongly preferred.
