🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–4 years in sourcing, recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Experience in high-growth SaaS/tech environments.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and modern channels.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with ATS like Greenhouse, Lever, or similar.
