📋 Description

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft inclusive job descriptions.
• Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offers across functions and levels.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline via AI sourcing, job boards, referrals, and networks.
• Serve as primary candidate contact, building relationships and ensuring a great candidate experience.
• Leverage Greenhouse to maintain pipeline integrity, data accuracy, and compliant workflow.
• Analyze metrics to surface trends and advise on data-backed improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at tech companies or fast-growing startups.
• Deep experience recruiting Marketing/GTM roles for enterprise software/SaaS.
• Expert proficiency in Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Generative AI tools.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume, complex workloads with adaptability.
• Strong end-to-end recruitment track record; diverse pipelines and offers across levels.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
