📋 Description

• Partner with Engineering and Product hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring plans, and
• Guide hiring managers and interviewers through our hiring process, coaching them on best practices
• Source and engage top technical and product talent through proactive outreach, networking, and
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from intake through offer acceptance, delivering an
• Design and run structured interview loops, and facilitate debriefs that lead to clear, timely
• Close offers by partnering with hiring managers on compensation, messaging, and candidate engagement

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally partnering with Engineering and Product teams
• Proven ability to advise and influence hiring managers, including coaching them on process and
• Strong sourcing skills, with a track record of finding and engaging passive technical talent
• Experience closing candidates and navigating competitive offer situations
• Working knowledge of ATS platforms and recruiting data, with the ability to use metrics to drive
• Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
