• On-site Talent Acquisition Partner for UK manufacturing and fulfilment sites.
• Own end-to-end recruitment for senior, corporate, and frontline UK roles.
• Partner with UK Senior Leadership Team to drive recruitment strategy.
• Balance stakeholder management with hands-on recruiting and data use.
• Five days per week on-site at Rudies Kitchen and Ace's Pantry.

• Proven Talent Acquisition Partner, ideally in manufacturing.
• Hybrid recruiter for senior and high-volume frontline roles.
• Confident partnering with senior directors and site leadership.
• On-site presence at Rudies Kitchen; embedded with the business.
• Data literate; comfortable with AI tools and automation.
• Proactive, resilient, and able to navigate ambiguity.
