• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 4–6 years recruiting experience, healthcare/therapy preferred
• Proven interviewing, assessment, and offer negotiation
• Hands-on with ATS (iCIMS) and accurate data management
• Strong sourcing, marketing, and candidate engagement skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders
