📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting across functions from role definition to offer
• Define hiring strategies with leaders and build interview processes
• Develop proactive talent pipelines for current and future needs
• Drive recruiting timelines, accountability, and candidate communication
• Manage multiple concurrent searches with competing priorities
• Balance speed, quality, and candidate experience

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting in Series B/C startups
• Partner with Directors, VPs, and executives on hiring strategy
• Lead high-priority or business-critical searches with strong judgment
• Demonstrated experience recruiting for Product and Software Engineering
• Proficient with ATS, reporting, workflow management, and data integrity
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with positive outcomes
