Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract)

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for tech and non-tech roles in India.
• Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, and job boards.
• Screen, interview coordination, and manage the hiring process from application to offer.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and Greenhouse ATS workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting in tech/SaaS/high-growth.
• Proven experience recruiting for technical and/or corporate roles.
• Strong sourcing to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Experience managing pipelines, interviews, reporting in ATS.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationships.
• Excellent English verbal and written skills.
• Able to manage multiple requisitions with quality and speed.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with global stakeholders across time zones (incl US).
• Self-motivated, proactive, and solutions-oriented.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent.
