• Own end-to-end recruitment from role scoping to onboarding for Canada/US roles.
• Partner with dept heads across engineering, product, marketing, and sales to define needs.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, networks, and other channels.
• Ensure excellent candidate experience with clear communication throughout hiring.
• Build a strong, diverse talent pipeline for current and future needs.
• Work with leadership to meet aggressive hiring targets in a hyper-growth environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, focused on technical/growth roles.
• Proven success recruiting in hyper-growth tech companies.
• Experience in fast-paced, remote-first environments.
• Strong recruitment strategies for engineering, product, marketing, and sales.
• Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS.
