Talent Acquisition Partner (Fixed Term Contract)

📋 Description

• Execute end-to-end recruitment for corporate and technical roles, including Engineering, Security
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, align on candidate profiles, and
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals
• Ensure a positive, consistent candidate experience from first contact through close.
• Follow established TA processes and tools (Greenhouse, Workday, or similar ATS), and flag
• Track recruiting activity, maintain accurate ATS data, and share pipeline updates with hiring

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with demonstrated success hiring across corporate
• Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates across multiple
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and an ATS (Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, or similar).
• Clear, organized communicator with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
