Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and recruiters.
Maintain ATS records in SmartRecruiters and ensure timely feedback.
Contribute to employer branding and talent projects (e.g., Textio, social media).

🎯 Requirements

Commercial recruitment experience, ideally Life Sciences/Technical.
Familiarity with ATS (SmartRecruiters advantageous).
Experience hiring in manufacturing/operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management.
High integrity and data accuracy; eager to learn.
